Habeas Helper is operated by Jurvia Technologies, LLC. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Everything in the app is general information and document assistance. Deadlines, court rules and case strategy should be confirmed with a qualified attorney.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Plans and payment

The free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves access in place until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Refunds

If the product does not work as described, contact support@habeashelper.com within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request. Because access to the tools is immediate, refunds are handled case by case rather than automatically.

Acceptable use

Do not use Habeas Helper to break the law, to file documents on someone's behalf without their knowledge, or to resell the tools as your own legal service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jurvia Technologies, LLC is not liable for missed deadlines, rejected filings, or any outcome in a legal matter.
