What we collect

Your email address and name, anything you type into a case file (names, dates, courts, notes and drafts), newsletter sign-ups, and basic usage analytics. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

How case information is protected

Case files, documents and checklists are tied to your account and readable only by you. Access rules are enforced at the database level, not just in the app.

Who we share with

Nobody, except the service providers that run the product: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. We never share case information with courts, prosecutors, or data brokers, and we never sell it.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the account page at any time. That permanently removes your cases, drafts and checklists. You can also email support@habeashelper.com and we will do it for you.

Cookies and analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and Google Analytics to understand which pages help people. Analytics data is aggregated and does not include case content.
